The stone
Rome quarried this hillside.
Resul still does.
İscehisar, twenty minutes from the workshop, is the ancient Dokimeion — the source of the purple-veined Pavonazzetto that lined the Pantheon. The same seams give us today's Calacatta Viola. Everything here is solid stone, never composite, never resin-cast.

The workshop

Assurance
What you are owed.
- Solid stone. Marble or travertine, never resin composite or veneer.
- Photographed before crating. You approve your actual piece, veins and all.
- Timber crate, foam corners. Breakage on arrival: photos within 3 days, replacement at no cost.
- US orders: duties paid at checkout. Nothing due at the door.
- Etsy buyer protection on every single-piece order.
How long does a trade order take?
Standard shapes in stock stone: 2–3 weeks to crate for up to 12 units. Custom sizes or Calacatta Viola lots: 4–6 weeks. Sea freight to the US East Coast adds roughly 4 weeks; air is quoted on request.
Can the grain be matched across a set?
Yes — trade orders are cut from one lot, and we lay the pieces out and photograph them together before honing so you can approve the sequence.
What about faucet and drain specs?
Send the faucet model or centre spacing and we drill to it. Drain outlets are cut for standard 1¼″ pop-up or grid wastes; other sizes on request.
How is it sealed, and what maintenance is needed?
Honed finish with a penetrating sealer. Re-seal once a year with any stone sealer; pH-neutral soap for daily cleaning. Travertine can be re-honed in place if it ever needs it.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Trade orders come with a proforma and commercial invoice; payment by bank transfer in USD or EUR. Single pieces go through Etsy.
